Derek Cavan-Broker/Owner.  

Thank you so much for visiting SquaredRealty.com.  I’d like to take this opportunity to introduce myself and tell you about my experience in the real estate industry.  

It began in South Florida in 2004- I started out assisting both buyers and sellers with residential and business brokerage transactions with an additional specialty in the purchase and sale of liquor licenses.  

In 2007 I upgraded my license to a broker and opened up Cavan Real Estate Company, which is now called The Cavan Group and is still open and active in South Florida.  We serve the tri-county areas of Palm Beach, Broward, and Miami-Dade counties.  

My family moved to the beautiful city of Las Vegas, Nevada in April of 2018 and settled in Southern Highlands and opened up Squared Realty to provide 1st class customer service and our signature touch to the real estate industry here in Las Vegas!
